Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in analytical science or equivalent experience in analytical/environmental laboratory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels of the organization.
• PM experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client accounts setup, project implementation, login, storage, and verification of client samples.
• Coordinate with clients and labs for bottle orders, sample delivery, and data/status reports.
• Create and send client reports; review data for trends or anomalies.
• Support project managers, group leaders, and clients with administrative tasks.
• Maintain project notes and organize project data files (quotes, chain of custody, study plan).
• Assist with state reporting forms and interlaboratory communication.
