• 5+ years in environmental laboratory management or service center operations.
• 1+ year of project management experience in the environmental laboratory setting.
• Solid technical understanding to engage with clients and collaborate with SMEs.
• Proficient in LIMS, fleet management software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service center, including scheduling, workflow and resource allocation.
• Oversee the service expenses, controlling costs while maintaining high level of service quality.
• Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and drive cost-effective strategies.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Directly manage client accounts, up to $1M in annual revenue.
• Coordinate with the main lab and other service centers for seamless service delivery.
