Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington (Grant PUD) is seeking an Environmental Affairs leader to guide a team in implementing recreation resource management and shoreline plans in compliance with FERC licenses.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, safety, and asset protection within the Priest Rapids Project area. Responsibilities include leading staff, managing budgets and contracts, coordinating events, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of experience in parks and recreation management, shoreline management, land management, or related environmental resources, including at least two years of people leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and mentor staff.
• Implement RRMP across 19 recreation areas with safety and quality planning.
• Direct operations and maintenance at recreation areas and project lands.
• Coordinate SMP implementation, monitoring, and compliance.
• Serve as liaison with FERC on RRMP and SMP.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and projects for recreation and shoreline programs.
