PEA Group in the United States seeks a Department Manager to lead Brownfield redevelopment, environmental site assessments, remediation, and incentive management, while ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

You will drive strategic planning, budgeting, staff development, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with engineers, scientists, planners, and contractors to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 10 years in Brownfield redevelopment or environmental remediation.
• Experience with environmental site assessments (Phase I/II).
• Knowledge of EPA, CERCLA, ASTM and state Brownfield programs.

• Oversees strategic planning, budgeting and financial oversight for the department.
• Leads Brownfield redevelopment projects from assessment to incentive management.
