Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing environmental, NEPA, and PDP tasks for public transportation projects.
• ODOT prequalification for Environmental Doc Prep CE or EA/EIS is desirable but not required.
• Strong business development skills with proven ability to win work.
• Experience with GIS (ArcGIS) and CAD is desirable.

• Promote growth of the local environmental team and mentor staff.
• Support other practices in the office to deliver environmental-focused work.
• Operate with integrity and sound business principles.
• Provide practice vision, business planning and strategy, establishing goals.
• Maintain open communication with partners and team, and grow the Environmental Services practice.
• Manage projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, and participate in recruiting.
