Kimley-Horn seeks a Senior Project Manager to expand the Environmental practice in Salt Lake City, UT. You will lead growth, manage client relationships, and oversee environmental planning projects while mentoring staff.

You will develop project plans, guide teams, and ensure adherence to environmental laws and zoning rules. The role emphasizes leadership, business development, and delivering high-quality results for stakeholders.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience managing environmental projects in the local area.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in city or regional planning or related field.
• Strong NEPA experience.
• Established client contacts and relationships with local municipalities, county, regional and state agencies.
• Deliver high quality results with exceptional client service.
• Desire to lead and grow a planning practice.
• Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Experience leading, mentoring and managing staff positively.

Responsabilidades

• Lead growth of the Environmental practice in Salt Lake City and manage projects and teams.
• Develop a vision for growth and build client relationships for the Environmental practice.
• Create comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines and resource needs.
• Pursue opportunities that advance firm success and personal professional goals.
• Lead and mentor staff, recruit when needed, and ensure project profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, landowners and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, environmental laws and other requirements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
