GHD seeks a Portfolio Relationship Manager to elevate strategic growth across a defined client portfolio. You will build trusted long-term partnerships, translate client needs into actionable strategies, and coordinate with technical teams, market leaders, and project managers.

Candidates can be based in most Western US office locations. The role offers a hybrid work model with three days in-office per week, enabling collaboration and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of project experience in the environmental market.
• Progressive experience in client relationship development/management and business development with strong client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present and write reports clearly.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing accounts to identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Oversee the CRM system within the area of responsibility and identify opportunities to improve management of customer relationships.
• Lead relationship management for strategic, complex potential accounts at local and national levels.
• Clarify medium- to long-term client needs by consulting with client representatives and internal specialists.
• Identify growth opportunities and align them with GHD's service offerings.
• Negotiate complex proposals or approve them within terms to ensure profitability and cash flow.
