Job summary

Visionaire Partners seeks a Senior PM / Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates and proposals for environmental remediation projects, then transition to full project management after award. You will oversee the entire lifecycle—from bid preparation through execution, delivery, and closeout—for soil and groundwater work, ensuring safety, profitability, and client satisfaction.

The role is based in Atlanta as a direct hire, with 15% travel to bid walks and project meetings across the US.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in environmental remediation estimating and project management.
• Experience with abatement, remediation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to develop accurate cost estimates and proposals.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Review ITB/RFP/RFQ inputs and prepare comprehensive responses.
• Develop detailed cost estimates and schedules for remediation activities.
• Solicit and negotiate subcontractor quotes and assess contract risks.
• Manage execution after award: scheduling, budget, resources, and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with RCRA, TSCA, CERCLA, and state programs.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, regulators, and subcontractors.
• Oversee safety, waste characterization, sampling protocols, and reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Travel throughout the United States for bid walks and meetings.
