Job summary

EIS Holding, LLC is a leading provider of turnkey environmental services in the Baton Rouge area, offering soil and groundwater remediation, asbestos and lead abatement, demolition, mold remediation, and air duct cleaning. We seek an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join the Baton Rouge team and drive project bids and execution.

The role focuses on building client relationships, bidding opportunities from sources like iSqft/Blue Book, and managing projects from start to finish with

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, demolition, or environmental remediation.
• Ability to build client relationships and manage bids.
• Strong coordination of pre-bid, pre-construction, and post-project activities.

Responsibilities

• Seek out and bid on projects typical of the Company’s business lines.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage overall performance of assigned projects from start to finish.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of supervisors and workers while demonstrating safety, teamwork, and quality work.
• Reviews job specifications, inspects work site, and confers with contracting agent to evaluate removal project.
