Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Geology, Environmental Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) in WI/MN/IL/IN is a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience researching administrative codes, voluntary programs, and compliance with federal/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for environmental projects including site investigations and permitting.
• Assist with remedial action project management for developers, law firms, financial institutions, and utilities.
• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate site testing and formulate recommendations for projects of varying sizes.
• Prepare and review technical documents, reports, proposals, and regulatory agency correspondence.
• Mentor and train junior staff and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with client development and cost proposals.
