• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, environmental engineering, environmental science, or related technical field.
• Minimum five years of progressive permitting and water quality experience.
• Experience with TP DES/NPDES, USACE permits, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain a schedule of permit actions and information needs.
• Prepare and coordinate permit documents with government agencies, staff, attorneys and consultants.
• Coordinate posting of newspaper notices of permit actions.
• Assist in administration of stormwater programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor databases to gather permitting, environmental and legal information.
• Act as assistant or project manager on permitting projects as directed.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Communicate with regulatory agencies, consultants, and the public to obtain information.
