Job summary

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is leading the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant Microgrid and CHP project in Independence, Missouri. The Environmental and Permitting Manager will maintain the permit matrix, coordinate with the LCAAP Environmental Coordinator and MO DNR, and oversee erosion control and records.

The role includes tracking Title V interfaces and supporting air permitting, waste management, and compliance through construction.

Qualifications

• Six years environmental compliance on industrial construction with Missouri permitting or Title V experience.
• Experience coordinating environmental permits and regulatory submissions.
• Ability to distinguish contractor actions from installation-owned permits.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a comprehensive permit matrix for each construction package.
• Coordinate environmental submissions with LCAAP Environmental Coordinator and MO DNR.
• Oversee erosion control, stormwater, waste handling, and spill response.
• Track air permitting and Title V interfaces for CHP and fuel systems.
• Investigate conditions, document actions, and implement corrective measures.
