Job summary

The Environmental League of Massachusetts seeks a Senior Development Manager to lead engagement and stewardship of corporate, foundation and individual donors. You will report to the VP of Development and Finance and collaborate with staff and Board members including the President and Leadership Team.

You will manage a portfolio of partners, craft briefs, and drive strategies for Earth Night sponsorships, ensuring strong relationships and sustained support.

Qualifications

• Partnership-building and donor engagement skills.
• Ability to prepare meeting briefs and support relationship development.
• Experience in fundraising outreach and event sponsorships.

• Identify, research and drive plans to engage prospective corporate, foundation and individual partners and donors

Job description

The Environmental League of Massachusetts (ELM) and the ELM Action Fund (ELM AF) seek a Senior Development Manager to drive engagement and stewardship of corporate and foundation partners and individual donors. The Senior Manager will report to the VP of Development and Finance and work closely staff and Board members including the President and Leadership Team members.
