Job summary

Environmental League of Massachusetts (ELM) and the ELM Action Fund (ELM AF) seek a Senior Development Manager to drive engagement and stewardship of corporate and foundation partners and individual donors. The Senior Manager will report to the VP of Development and Finance and work closely staff and Board members including the President and Leadership Team members.

The role is based in Boston, MA with a hybrid work model, requiring occasional travel within Massachusetts and some early/late

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Development experience.
• Superior written and oral communications skills.
• Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with budget and financial report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research and engage prospective corporate, foundation and individual partners and donors.
• Prepare meeting briefs and support staff in developing new relationships.
• Lead outreach for Earth Night event sponsorships.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate, foundation and middle donors.
• Draft and edit reports for funders and individuals.
• Develop and implement engagement and stewardship programs for donors.
