Job summary

The L&R Group seeks an Operations Manager to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations at the assigned branch. The OM reports to the General Manager and oversees field office teams, training, budgets, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading projects in environmental remediation, coordinating resources, developing scopes and cost estimates, and maintaining a strong safety culture while achieving targets. Some travel and after-hours emergencies are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HAZWOPER/Environmental supervision and project management.
• 10+ years driving experience with a clean record.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA, DOT, and RCRA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to field teams and model safety values.
• Ensure safe work practices and training for all employees.
• Develop, coach, and promote staff with clear feedback and goals.
• Coordinate resources, dispatch, and management of multiple projects and emergencies.
