Job summary

Grady Rentals LLC seeks a Regional Operations Manager – Environmental Services to lead the regional P&L, oversee field personnel and equipment, and drive profitability. This role ensures compliant, safe execution of remediation, spill response, and heavy equipment operations.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in leadership within environmental services, strong regulatory knowledge (OSHA, EPA, DOT), and a track record in sales/proposals. Significant travel is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management, Safety, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership and operational experience in environmental remediation, industrial services, oil & gas environmental support, or civil contracting.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated direct P&L management, job cost accounting, project estimation, and commercial sales/proposal generation experience.
• Proven leadership background directly managing multi-tiered teams (Supervisors, Technicians, CDL drivers, and specialty subcontractors).
• Strong technical background in remediation technologies, earthmoving practices, spill control, and regulatory agency engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own regional P&L, expenditures, revenue growth, and proposals.
• Direct safe, compliant execution of environmental remediation and related services.
• Mentor supervisory personnel and manage client relationships.
• Maintain 24/7/365 accountability for incidents and operations.
• Frequent regional travel across client facilities and sites.
