Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train and discipline product line personnel.
• Address complaints and resolve problems as they arise.
• Ensure proper completion of paperwork for drivers (truck reports, driver logs, vehicle inspections).
• Schedule drivers and toter/helpers.
• Monitor daily routes to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time pickups.
