Talisman is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Environmental Consulting Services in Houston and shape its regional growth strategy. This high-autonomy leadership role requires managing operations, P&L, client relationships, and a scalable local team.

The candidate will draw on a broad environmental background and an established book of business to drive revenue. The role offers opportunities to influence cross-service line collaboration, recruit talent, and partner with executive leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Extensive leadership experience overseeing operations and multiple service lines.
• Strong track record in client relationships and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Houston operations including office performance, staffing, and day-to-day activities.
• Manage and optimize P&L, revenue, budgets, and profitability across service lines.
• Develop and execute local and regional growth strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build senior-level client relationships and identify opportunities to expand accounts.
• Leverage an established network to drive revenue growth and market presence.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing environmental professionals.
• Provide technical leadership across permitting, compliance, and engineering services.
• Coordinate with service lines and executives to align resources and BD efforts.
• Serve as a visible leader in the Houston market and represent the firm externally.
