Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure.
• Registered Professional Engineer preferred in WA, OR or ID.
• Demonstrated success developing new markets and achieving growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of environmental services in the Pacific Northwest market.
• Develop and execute plans to expand relationships with municipal, utility, and private clients.
• Oversee delivery of environmental projects including due diligence, site investigation, remediation, and compliance services.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and QA/QC oversight to project teams.
• Foster cross-discipline collaboration to grow Apex’s local presence and ensure client satisfaction.
