Henderson Group in the Nashville area is seeking an Environmental Manager (individual contributor) to oversee regulatory compliance across three production sites (KY, TN, MO) and to lead the ongoing development of the group’s environmental systems. This role reports to the Corporate EHS Director and works with plant EHS Generalists.

Travel 40-50% is required as needed to ensure compliance and effective program implementation across welding, blasting and painting operations supporting ~1000

Formación

• Technical expertise in Title V Part 70 operating permit management.
• Experience with air permitting and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regulatory compliance across three facilities (KY, TN, MO).
• Lead ongoing development of the environmental management system.
• Collaborate with plant EHS Generalists to address day-to-day environmental needs.
• Coordinate travel 40–50% as needed.
