Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking an Environmental Manager for a heavy industrial manufacturing company located about 30 minutes north of downtown Nashville, TN. The role focuses on managing Title V Part 70 permits, regulatory compliance, and development of environmental systems across three sites in KY, TN, and MO.

The position reports to the Corporate EHS Director and works with plant-level EHS Generalists to ensure day-to-day environmental compliance while providing leadership in advancing

Qualifications

• Experience managing Major Air Title V Part 70 permits.
• Proven ability to oversee regulatory compliance across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance across three production sites (KY, TN, MO).
• Lead development of environmental management systems and processes.
• Collaborate with site EHS Generalists and plant teams.
• Coordinate with Corporate EHS Director and travel 40–50% as needed.
