Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is helping a heavy industrial manufacturing company near Nashville, TN, hire an Environmental Manager (individual contributor) to oversee regulatory compliance across three sites (KY, TN, MO). The role focuses on Title V permitting, reporting, and developing robust environmental systems.

Travel of 40–50% is required; you will partner with plant EHS teams and report to the Corporate EHS Director to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the operations.

Qualifications

• Must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V Part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).
• Experience overseeing regulatory compliance across multiple sites is preferred.
• Ability to work closely with EHS professionals and plant teams to drive environmental initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance across three production sites (KY, TN, MO).
• Lead continuing development of environmental systems and programs.
• Collaborate with plant EHS Generalists and report to Corporate EHS Director.
