Select Search, LLC is seeking an Environmental Manager for a premier Texas heavy manufacturing operation. You will own the facility's environmental programs and compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and coordination with EHS leadership to drive proactive environmental management and regulatory interactions.

Formación

• 5–10 years of environmental compliance experience within a heavy manufacturing setting.
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience managing a team of environmental professionals.
• Strong proficiency and experience with Title V compliance and permitting.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Work Authorization: legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Own single-site responsibility for all environmental programs, media, and initiatives.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of environmental professionals to drive performance.
• Oversee air, water, and waste regulatory programs with emphasis on Title V permits.
• Serve as primary liaison for regulatory agencies, managing audits, inspections, and permit applications.
• Collaborate with the EHS Director, plant leadership, and operations teams to integrate proactive environmental management.
