Responsibilities

• Develop oral argument and court-presentation skills with supervision.
• Collaborate within a case team on complex litigation, including discovery to trial.
• Build relationships with clients, co-counsel, and NRDC partners.
• Contribute to institutional work and cross-cutting litigation issues.
