Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate specializing in Litigation with a focus on Environmental Law to join its Los Angeles, CA team. The ideal candidate will have substantial environmental and products liability litigation experience in California state courts.

You will conduct legal research, draft briefs and motions, manage complex cases, and build strong client relationships while collaborating with colleagues on case strategies and trial participation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in litigation.
• Experience in environmental and/or products liability litigation.
• California state court experience.
• Prior law firm or agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and motions.
• Manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
