BCG Attorney Search seeks an Environmental Litigation Associate in San Diego, CA. Ideal candidates will have deep experience in environmental and toxic tort litigation, with exposure to agency enforcement defense and regulatory counseling.

Responsibilities include litigating complex environmental matters, performing diligence for transactions, drafting briefs, and supporting depositions and discovery in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state environmental statutes including CERCLA and Prop 65.
• Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and complex litigation schedules.

Responsibilities

• Litigate complex environmental cases including CERCLA/RCRA and land use.
• Conduct environmental diligence for corporate transactions.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and discovery responses.
• Prepare and support depositions and oral arguments.
• Manage discovery processes effectively.
