Qualifications

• Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in.
• Knowledge of federal and state environmental statutes, including CERCLA and California’s Prop 65.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Litigate complex environmental cases, including CERCLA/RCRA litigation.
• Conduct environmental diligence for corporate transactions.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and discovery responses.
• Prepare and support depositions and oral arguments.
• Manage discovery processes effectively.
