Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a Lab Technician to join the sample preparation department of our environmental testing laboratory. You will receive training to perform preservation, preparation, processing, and documentation tasks.

This full-time, on-site position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work in a lab setting, and comfort with PPE. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with regular Monday–Friday shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting and wear PPE.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support all laboratory sample-related activities, including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases.
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices.
