Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC is seeking a Lab Technician to join the sample preparation department in our environmental testing laboratory. You will receive training to grow a laboratory sciences career and apply your love of science to real-world environmental work.

The role emphasizes supporting all lab sample-related activities, maintaining documentation, and participating in training. A high school diploma is required; STEM degrees are preferred and PPE is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in STEM preferred; chemistry lab experience a plus.
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting, PPE provided.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support all laboratory sample-related activities, including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases.
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices.

Education

Associates or Bachelor's degree in STEM

Chemistry lab experience a plus
