Alliance Technical Group seeks a Director, Environmental Lab Sales to drive revenue growth and market expansion for the environmental laboratory testing service line across a multi-state territory.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, familiarity with environmental testing methods and regulatory drivers, and leadership of a team of Business Development Managers and site-based sales staff. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience in technical services, laboratory services, or industrial products.
• 2+ years in a sales leadership or management role.
• Experience within environmental testing, laboratory services, or environmental consulting preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40-50% across a multi-state territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual sales strategy and territory plan for the laboratory service line, aligned with company growth targets.
• Own the full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing across strategic accounts.
• Recruit, coach, and manage a multi-state team of Business Development Managers and account executives.
• Coordinate with laboratory operations, QA/compliance, and client services to ensure capacity and regulatory alignment.
• Maintain CRM records and submit monthly forecasts for planning.
