Job summary

Alliance is seeking a Director, Environmental Lab Sales to lead revenue growth for environmental laboratory testing across air, water, soil, waste, and materials analysis. You will manage a regional sales team and maintain a personal book of strategic accounts that span multiple laboratories.

You will partner with operations, QA, and clients to align capacity, regulatory requirements, and compliance while driving new business and retaining key customers.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and revenue-growth experience in environmental/lab services.
• Ability to translate regulatory drivers into scoping and quotes.
• Proven leadership of multi-state sales teams and channel resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual sales strategy and territory plan for laboratory services.
• Own bookings and revenue targets for strategic accounts across multiple states.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with regulatory alignment.
