Qualifications

• Strong commitment to environmental protection and social justice.
• 2+ years in community organizing and environmental justice policy advocacy.
• Strong writing skills with grant reporting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and collaborate in a small office.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on policy opportunities and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and direction of the program with an advisory board.
• Identify policy opportunities for student engagement and translate into curricula.
• Lead grant writing, reporting, and ensure timely deliverables and data collection.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community groups, agencies and schools.
