Your mission will include leveraging your extensive knowledge of food safety and regulations to create and maintain an impeccable environment for our manufacturing processes. Your Responsibilities

• Guide the sanitation crew to embed effective cleaning techniques throughout the facility.
• Engineer comprehensive sanitation procedures attuned to FDA and USDA guidelines.
• Regularly audit and inspect to uphold unparalleled food safety standards.
• Manage and refine our HACCP programs to preempt and tackle safety risks.
• Instruct and mentor staff in advanced sanitation and safety protocols.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations including Trainer Certifications in LOTO, Fall Protection, MEWP.
• Apply standards from FSMA, GMPs, SQF, BRC into daily operations.
• Oversee equipment safety assessments and thoroughly document sanitation activities.
• Foster collaboration with teams to enhance safety and quality cultures.
• Utilize IT skills for accurate record-keeping and reporting purposes.

Your Qualifications

• Seasoned in leadership within manufacturing spheres.
• Comprehensive insight into food and beverage manufacturing protocols.
• Authority in Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) strategies.
• Proficiency in HACCP methodologies.
• Detailed understanding of pertinent FDA and USDA regulations.
• Mandatory OSHA 10-Hour Certification (preference for 30-Hour).
• Ability to conduct comprehensive equipment safety evaluations.
• Basis for documentation and reporting: competency with computers.
