Job summary

United Parks & Resorts is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager for Sesame Place to safeguard guests and team members while delivering exceptional service. You will supervise health services staffing, ensure policy adherence, and drive root cause analysis for injuries.

You will manage health, safety, and environmental programs, collaborate with corporate teams, report trends, and support regulatory compliance. Some travel and flexible scheduling required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of related experience in Environmental, Health, and/or Safety field or equivalent training.
• Minimum of 3 years medical service experience, preferably in occupational health.
• Knowledge of environmental/safety laws and ability to research new information.
• Must be able to travel and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise delivery of health care for guests and employees.
• Resolve injuries through root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and workers' comp programs.
• Hire staff for Health Services to meet daily needs.
• Oversee safety programs and incident investigations.
