Hi All! We are searching for an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator with manufacturing experience to work in Columbus, OH. If you are interested in learning more, please reach out!

Responsibilities:

• Creating and enforcing safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
• Conducting training sessions with employees
• Regular inspections of the facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Conduct investigations and generate reports on accidents, incidents, and near-misses; recommend corrective actions
• Ensure WNA complies with all local, state, and federal safety regulations, such as OSHA standards
• Evaluate work environment processes and activities to identify potential health and safety risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare and submit necessary compliance documents to regulatory agencies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in EHS
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certifications (preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
• ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 management systems experience (a plus)
