Job summary

Patriot Environmental Services is seeking a hands-on environmental services team member to support emergency response cleanup, hazardous waste handling, and industrial cleaning projects across the Western United States. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, HazWOPER certification, a valid driver's license, and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Some environmental services industry experience preferred.
• Hazardous waste handling experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification required.
• Confined Space Entry certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety in all tasks and adhere to all safety policies.
• Perform emergency response cleanup including chemical and water spills and hazardous waste handling.
• Assist with cleanup duties: sweep, dig, lift, pressure wash, and drum handling.
• Operate cleanup equipment used in hazardous waste activities.
• Follow procedures for control and storage of hazardous substances.
• Attend safety training as required and participate in ongoing safety programs.
• Comply with the Random Drug Testing Program.
• Perform housekeeping and custodial duties and other duties as needed.
• Assist with facility maintenance such as unloading trucks and related tasks.
• Answer 24/7 Emergency Response calls when on standby; respond to overtime shifts as required.
• Other reasonable duties may be assigned.
