Job summary

Patriot Environmental Services is seeking a dedicated team member for emergency response cleanup, hazardous waste handling, and industrial cleaning. You will perform spills response, waste handling, and decontamination tasks at sites across the Western United States, working with agency compliance and safety protocols.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED, at least some environment services experience, and a 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.

Qualifications

• Must be safety-conscious and able to follow safe work practices.
• Strong attention to detail during cleanup, lifting, and equipment operation.
• Flexible to fast-paced changes and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency response cleanup including chemical and water spills and hazardous materials handling.
• Sweep, dig, shovel, lift, and pressure wash; manage drums and waste streams.
• Operate cleanup equipment and comply with hazardous substance storage policies.
• Attend safety trainings and participate in 24/7 emergency response on standby.
• Work long hours, including day, night, or weekend shifts, with overtime as required.
