A national real estate firm is expanding its network of Field Professionals to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA). This subcontractor opportunity offers flexible project-based work alongside a full-time team. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.

• Familiarity with ASTM and PCA guidelines.

• Support Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA).
