Job summary

A national environmental consulting firm is seeking an Environmental Field Subconsultant to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments. This flexible, project-based role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong technical writing skills. Opportunities for future full-time employment and career growth are available. Competitive pay is offered, ranging from $90,000 to $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Radon or AHERA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections and prepare professional reports.
• Adhere to ASTM and industry standards during assessments.
