A reputable national firm is expanding its network and seeks an experienced Environmental Field Subconsultant for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments. The role involves onsite property inspections and creating detailed reports independently. Ideal candidates will have strong technical writing skills and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Familiarity with industry standards (ASTM for ESA, or PCA guidelines).
• Ability to travel to job sites to perform field inspections.
