Job summary

A national firm in real estate due diligence is expanding its network of Field Professionals to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments. This role is project-based and ideal for experienced assessors, offering flexibility and potential for future full-time employment. Strong technical writing skills and ability to manage multiple projects are essential, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Familiarity with industry standards (ASTM for ESA, or PCA guidelines).
• Professional credentials such as CEP, RA, PE, or similar can be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections and prepare professional reports.
• Work alongside a full-time team on projects across the U.S.
• Meet established deadlines for multiple projects.
