Job summary

Environmental Works Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a small team of Field Technicians across hazardous remediation projects. You will oversee safety, equipment operation, and field logistics, including transport of hoses, chemicals, and tools to sites. Prior supervisory experience and a clean driving record are required.

Travel up to 50% and readiness to work in confined spaces with respirator protection are essential. Strong knowledge of safety and DOT requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Two years of supervisory experience for a team of 2–4 technicians required.
• One year of heavy equipment operating experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards for the entire crew at all times.
• Operate heavy equipment such as skid steer or mini-excavator.
• Perform general labor tasks including digging, site prep, and cleanup.
• Load hoses, chemicals and equipment onto the truck for each job.
• Assist in equipment operation and equipment inspection.
• Complete required paperwork (receipts, logs, maintenance reports).
