Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate and clarify tasks to team members.
• Monitor work in progress and address deficiencies; ensure quality and safety.
• Inspect shuttle vans for cleanliness per guidelines.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and report hazards.
• Allocate responsibilities to optimize resources.
• Handle timekeeping, payroll data entry, recruiting, training and evaluations.
• Remain flexible to support operational needs.
