Job summary

Octane Environmental LLC is seeking an IC Crew Leader to oversee daily field operations in West Virginia. You will manage safety, quality, and efficiency while directing crews, reporting on-site activities, and ensuring adherence to policies and client requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in demanding oil & gas and industrial environments. Daily travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in industrial cleaning or related fields.
• Valid driver's license and Octane Approved Driver qualification.
• Strong communication to manage the team and coordinate with management.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive work environment.
• Detail-oriented reporting and accurate daily records.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily field operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication between crew members and management to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Ensure all crew members adhere to safety policies, certifications, and company standards.
• Monitor crew performance, provide guidance, and hold team members accountable for quality and productivity.
• Complete accurate daily reports including Work Orders, JSA, and Critical Activity Plans.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 10, PEC, and customer-specific safety requirements.
• Drive results by managing time, resources, and problem-solving on-site to meet project deadlines.
