Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in industrial/environmental services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as the first priority in all work performed.
• Supervise, lead, and direct Field Service Technicians & Driver/Operators to assist in completion of tasks.
• Distribute daily workload to team members fairly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory policies/procedures.
• Coach and train employees to ensure safety, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Complete weekly electronic work audit observations and provide feedback.
• Input daily job tickets into the mobile tablet system and manage materials for billing.
• Prepare on-site paperwork clearly for company and customer.
• Interact professionally with on-site customers and vendors to exceed client expectations.
