Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Science.
• Concurrent enrollment in a Bachelor's degree seeking program for the duration of the internship experience.
• Available to work on site 40 hours per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and develop environmental policies and guidelines and implement conformance.
• Provide guidance in organizing programs and procedures, monitor compliance and report to leadership.
• Design/review environmental equipment specifications and cost estimates as needed.
• Identify and investigate environmental problems and communicate recommendations to senior management.
• Stay current on environmental laws and standards and assess regulatory impacts.
