Qualifications

• Knowledge of the practical application of environmental engineering science and technology.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Ability to identify complex problems and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional software.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, assessments, investigations, and cleanups per regulations.
• Work with environmental staff in data collection and evaluation for project objectives.
• Provide guidance, coordination, and oversight for project documentation.
• Review permits, plans, reports to ensure environmental compliance.
• Review standards and regulations to ensure proposals meet requirements.
• Prepare charts/graphs and summarize environmental data relevance.
• Determine data collection methods for site surveys and investigations.
• Support project planning, RFP responses, and safety culture.
• Assist in field supervision and mentor junior staff.
