Job summary
Brice Engineering LLC is seeking an Environmental Engineer III to support environmental compliance tasks across multiple sites, including Salt Lake City, UT. You will collect, synthesize, and document data related to stormwater, wastewater, air quality, and waste regulations, and assist with permits, plans, and reporting.
The role includes field support, mentorship of junior staff, and leading in creating technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or other engineering discipline.
- Seven to fifteen years of experience working on environmental projects.
- Broad understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
- Valid state driver's license and ability to pass drug/background screening.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections, investigations, and cleanups per regulations.
- Support field staff with data collection and documentation.
- Prepare environmental permit applications, plans, and reports.
- Lead in creating technical documentation and liaise with clients.
- Foster a proactive safety culture and mentor junior staff.
