Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Environmental Engineer/Geologist/Scientist to advance environmental site characterization and remediation projects for government and private-sector clients.

You will split time between fieldwork and office work, supervising subcontractors, collecting soil and groundwater samples, and preparing technical reports. The role offers mentorship from experienced staff, exposure to pilot studies and remedial system design, and a hybrid work policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, or closely related field.
• 5-10 years of professional experience delivering environmental site characterization and remediation projects.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors and fieldwork.
• Experience leading teams toward common goals.
• 40-hr HAZWOPER certification or ability to obtain it.
