Are you a motivated environmental professional looking for a leadership role where you can make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a Department Manager to lead and grow our environmental consulting practice in Northern Colorado. This position offers the opportunity to mentor a high-performing team, develop client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our environmental services. You will work closely with the Office Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Environmental Service Line leadership to strategically expand and elevate our services.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing project execution ensuring timely delivery and positive client experience.
• Supervising proposal and estimate preparation for proper project scoping and profitability.
• Managing daily department operations, including staff development, safety, quality, and policy adherence.
• Leading business development efforts to identify and secure new projects and maintain client relationships.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or related field with at least 8 years of practice experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.

Preferred Certifications:

• Graduate degree
• Professional certification or licensure in relevant field
